Security and data handling
What data Mavrick stores, how credentials are protected, and how to revoke access.
What Mavrick stores
- →OAuth tokens for your connected integrations (encrypted at rest, never logged in plaintext)
- →Command history for the current session (flushed after session ends)
- →Workspace metadata (workspace ID, channel IDs where Mavrick is active)
- →Billing and usage data (command counts, plan details)
- →Report templates you've saved
What Mavrick does NOT store
- →Message content from your Slack channels (reads to respond, does not persist)
- →Raw data from your integrated accounts (queries are run live, not cached)
- →Personal data about your customers or contacts
Mavrick never trains AI models on your data. Your business data is not used to improve Mavrick or any underlying model. Hard policy, not a default setting.
Revoking access
- →Remove from Slack: go to Slack Settings → Installed Apps → Mavrick → Remove. All access immediately revoked.
- →Disconnect an integration: @Mavrick disconnect Meta Ads. Token immediately deleted.
- →Full data deletion: email hello@getmavrick.com with 'delete my workspace data'.
