> PRODUCT

An AI employee that does the ops work. Not just talks about it.

Mavrick connects to your accounts, answers real questions from live data, and ships finished work — with your approval — all from Slack. Then it gets better at it. With every mission. Publicly.

> THE MOAT

An AI employee that learns. With your approval. Publicly.

Most AI products forget. The conversation ends, the lesson disappears, and tomorrow the agent makes the same mistake. Mavrick remembers. With a closed loop. With an approval gate. With public receipts.

Every weak answer logged across seven signal channels. Every learning drafted by a daily reflection engine. Every change a human approval. Every deploy a regression test in the original workspace. Every fix a DM back to the person who asked.

Four moves no other AI employee makes:

> WHAT MAVRICK SHIPS

Six missions, before you've finished your coffee.

01 — ANSWERS

Any question, answered from live data

Ask Mavrick anything about your accounts. What's the ROAS on that campaign? How much did we spend on Google last week? What's the MRR trend? It queries your live data and responds with a clear, formatted answer — no dashboard, no spreadsheet.

Example command
@Mavrick what's the ROAS breakdown across all Meta campaigns this week?
Example command
@Mavrick total Google Ads spend this month vs last month, by campaign type
02 — ACTIONS

Cleared hot. Mavrick executes.

Mavrick doesn't just observe — it executes. Pause a campaign, adjust a budget, pull a report. Before it does anything, it shows you exactly what it's about to do and waits for your thumbs up. Approval before action. Always.

Example command
@Mavrick pause all Meta campaigns below 2.0 ROAS for the last 3 days — show me the list first
Example command
@Mavrick increase budget on Prospecting-LAL-30day by 15%
03 — REPORTS

Briefings that ship at 0500 every morning

Define the format once and run it every day, every week, every Monday morning. Mavrick ships from every source in parallel and formats the output the way you need it — for the channel, for leadership, for your own sanity.

Example command
@Mavrick generate Monday brief: Meta + Google spend, Stripe revenue, ROAS, top 3 and bottom 3 campaigns
Example command
@Mavrick weekly CMO brief with pipeline summary and three recommended actions
04 — RECONCILIATION

The number Meta won't tell you

Meta says 4.2x ROAS. Stripe says something different. Mavrick bridges both simultaneously and tells you the real number — the Stripe-adjusted revenue vs the platform-reported number, broken down by campaign.

Example command
@Mavrick compare Meta-reported revenue vs Stripe actual for last 7 days, calculate gap
Example command
@Mavrick what's our true blended ROAS across Meta and Google using Stripe as source of truth?
05 — MONITORING

2AM anomaly catches. Paused before you're awake.

Set threshold alerts that fire in your Slack channel when something needs attention. Campaign ROAS drops below target? Budget pacing off track? Stripe revenue dip? You find out before standup, not Monday morning.

Example command
@Mavrick alert me if any campaign goes below 2.5 ROAS for 2 consecutive days
Example command
@Mavrick alert the team if daily Meta spend exceeds $5,000 without a matching revenue lift
06 — QUERIES

Your pipeline, answered in plain English

Pull HubSpot deal stage breakdowns, Salesforce pipeline snapshots, Stripe subscription changes. Ask follow-up questions. Get the context you need for decisions, not dashboards.

Example command
@Mavrick HubSpot pipeline: deals by stage, total value, deals closing this week
Example command
@Mavrick how many Stripe subscriptions churned this month vs last? What was the MRR impact?
> PRIVACY

Privacy isn't a slide. It's a contract.

Most AI tools say “we don't train on your data.” Then their architecture is closed. You take their word for it. We don't ask for that.

No background channel reads.

Mavrick reads Slack history only when a user-triggered task is actively executing. No cron jobs scan your channels. No batch ingestion. No “read everything on install.”

Participated-only persistence.

Mavrick stores message bodies only when it was a direct party — a user @mentioned Mavrick, DMed Mavrick, or Mavrick replied. Ambient channel content is never persisted. Ever.

Approval gate is architectural, not optional.

Every action that touches your accounts requires your thumbs-up. There is no “always approve” preference. By design. Procurement teams should be skeptical of any AI that lets its operator disable safety mid-task.

Credentials never reach the model.

OAuth tokens are held by our managed connector layer. Credentials live in AES-256 encrypted storage, master key isolated. The agent sees tool descriptions — never tokens.

These are commitments, not posture. They're versioned. Diffs are public.

When user asks:When user asks about integration connection status or what tools are connected in their workspace
Mavrick now:Acknowledge that you cannot directly check live integration connection status. Explain that connection management happens in their workspace settings/integrations page. Offer to help troubleshoot specific integration issues, guide them to reconnect via pipedream_proxy if needed, or assist with tasks that use the integration they're asking about.

PATTERN-45f3b9e0-f066-42c4-94e0-ca1a20ed9bf6approved May 9, 2026
When user asks:When user sends minimal input like a single word ('Go', 'Start', 'Run', etc.) or ambiguous command without clear context
Mavrick now:First use recall_memories to check for recent conversation context or saved tasks. If a pending action exists (like a draft campaign, scheduled report, or previous request), confirm and execute it. If no context found, ask user to clarify what action they want to take and present 2-3 relevant options based on their typical workflows.
