How the approval flow works when Mavrick proposes taking action on your accounts.
Mavrick never modifies anything in your accounts without showing you the exact change first and getting your explicit approval. Approvals before actions are always required — this is not configurable.
How the approval flow works
You ask Mavrick to do something that would modify your accounts — pause a campaign, increase a budget, create a HubSpot task.
Mavrick drafts a proposal showing exactly what it intends to do — which campaigns, what changes, values before and after.
Approve with thumbs up or 'yes'. Decline or modify with any other response.
Once approved, Mavrick makes the changes and confirms what was done.
If you don't respond to a proposal within 15 minutes, it expires automatically. Mavrick never executes without explicit approval.
